They've got to stop closing whenever the mood strikes them and ignoring their posted hours. The service is usually very good, but the cooks can only do so much with low-quality ingredients. The fish is horrible no matter who cooks it. I don't think the restaurant is ever as clean as it should be and it should've been remodeled about 15 years ago.

I was happy to see Collierville finally getting a bar like this in the area. Sometimes we want to "go out" closer to home. To that end, I am happy The Trophy Room is open. I think there is potential but from my visit, I can see there will be some growing pains for a while. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is very clean (but it is also brand new). Very clean bathroom as well. We went on Saturday night and they had a good band playing also. The food, however, was less than desireable. Slow service, cold food, bland taste. I will try it again after a few weeks and see if the service and food has improved. Collierville needs a place like this but it's got to get better to get my business.
