This is the second time my package has said "delivered" but I never received it. I also had an important package that required signing, however, the mail personnel forged my name instead of walking to my door to have me sign it. I don't understand why these people don't have any integrity. Why is the post office hiring such horrible workers? Stealing packing and forging names is a crime and should be investigated.

This is the worst post office I've ever encountered in my 41 years of living in various areas and having encounters with many different USPS locations. Since living in Collierville, I have had my packages REPEATEDLY stolen and contents stolen, then they'll deliver the empty packages to my locked apartment box. Oftentimes, they won't deliver them at all. I have lost a lot of money from ordering items that I believe the USPS carriers are outright stealing. They will mark them as delivered on the tracking, but they never show up. Again, my apartment has a locked box that only I and the USPS carrier have access to, so nobody else has access to steal my stuff. I'm fed up with this place. Over the past 2 years, I've filed multiple complaints that fall on deaf ears. They honestly don't care. They still get paid whether they're doing a crap job or not, so they fail to even meet the minimum requirements of their job descriptions. My only choice is to move honestly. I need mail service but I can't trust these people. This week alone, I've had 2 missing packages that show up as "delivered" on the tracking info but they are nowhere to be found. They actually left me a key today for me to get my package out today of a parcel box, but the parcel box was empty.....no package in sight. I'm literally fed up!!!
Awful customer service and they loss packages but yet say they delivered them. If I could give no stars I would, some of the drivers are OK but the people who work in the office that answer the phone and wait the desk are the worst type of people.
I live in Piperton TN and the Collierville Postoffice is where our mail goes through. Our mail is getting delivered later and later every day. It is now 8:20 PM Friday evening and our mail has NOT been delivered YET! I know this because we have an envelope in the mailbox with the flag up AND I'm expecting a package to be delivered today. #9405510899614006645994. I am constantly checking online for the tracking information and all day up until 5:30 this evening the info stated that it has arrived at collierville P.O. at 4:03 AM Friday morning and pkg will be delivered today. At 5:30 there was another entry stating that the sorting was completed at 10:28 AM this morning! Why did it take 6+ hours to register online? AND WHERE IS MY MAIL AND PACKAGE??? This post office is the worlds worst for mail delivery at a REASONABLE HOUR!!!!! No wonder the postal service can't make any money. No good customer service.....no customers.
I can't gush enough about the employees at the Collierville post office. I used a third-party company to get my daughter's passport in 4 days (it takes 3 weeks for an EXPEDITED passport from the government). The company required me to take the paperwork to a post office to have it checked, witness her signature, etc. Yusef, the postal employee, said I needed her real birth cert—not a copy— so despite their busy passport schedule, he said I could bring it back in a few hours (another employee, Shauna, stayed later so Yusef could process it).. When I came back, he processed the paperwork and we left. An hour later, at the end of his day, Yusef called me on my cell phone and told me I was missing a document because he knew we were in a huge hurry to get the passport. I brought it to him—along with a pizza for him to share with the other employees. What a great, dedicated team of employees at the Collierville, TN post office!

I like most, warn people away from the bad experience.I have been doing business with Patton Computers for over 6 years now (since 2007) All of our computers at work are from there as well as a couple at the house. Billy, John, and most all of their staff have always been very helpful, considerate, and polite with every transaction (whether it be a purchase or a repair). They have one of the best Service Policies covering their own products of anywhere I have ever been – hands down!We are all frustrated to begin with when a computer repair is needed; don’t take it out on these guys.
These guys know what they are doing! Polite and professional every time! Best computer store I have ever been too!
The employees were nice young men who really seemed like they cared about computers and weren't just kids off the street. They had a nice selection of computers and more things that I could ever want. Prices weren't too bad, and they were real upfront about what was worth doing and not worth doing to help speed up my computer. I'll be back.
Patton Computers is an awesome store with a wide selection of items, some of which you can't find anywhere else in the area, that are on the shelf and ready to purchase. Being an IT professional, time is critical and time is money. Patton Computers has saved me more than once. Patton Computers is the closet thing to a true GEEK paradise that the Memphis Metropolitan area has to offer. Check it out.
