        I was shopping in this store and getting a paper shedder, printer ink and many more office supplies when I slipped on ink that had leaked from a product that the last guy left on the floor and fell down and ruined my khakis along with my new haircut as the ink drisseled down the back of my head.



        I heard no appologies only laughter.



        Very unprofessional.



        In the words of the great Bruce Lee-mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.



        Unlike Bruce Lee Office Depot has no courage and made one big mistake of losing a customer.



        P.S. I shopped at Target and it was pleasant.

        Bad service and nasty store

        I went in to this store for the first time and it not only plays horrible music, smells like paper mill and also the attitudes of the employees are sour.



        Managers are rude too.



        Plus I just wanted to buy a box of whoppers and I couldn't get anyone to check me out at the front for 45min.



        Then they acted inconvenienced to ring me up because I paid in change.



        I was gonna buy a $600 laptop but I'll save my money for BestBuy.

        Bad Service with a smile.

        I purchased an Asus laptop a couple months ago and it turned out, I was sold a faulty Laptop.(the disk drive didn't work and of course I wasn't able to return it after a week and a half due to Office Depot not standing by their products and having a poor return policy)



        After spending hours on the phone with Asus(AKA 2nd worst customer service behind OD) and shipping the laptop off twice, Asus fixed it while Office Depot did nothing but waste my time and gas to get to the store and back.



        I have had this Asus for 3 months now and it has spent half of that time period in the Asus repair shop.



        Thanks Office Depot, for your fantastic help.



        By the way customers, NEVER BUY THE 2 YEAR Office Depot WARRANTY!(Not worth the money)
