Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff is unprofessional and rude. I will never rent from this location again. The car was a joke and was not clean.

Today I came to pick my vechile which I booked online. They have only one option and the car smells stinky and the manager is so rude and he says none are available but infront of me another guy came who reserved car for the same day evening and they gave brand new 2016 . The manager says he can clean stinky car n I have to wait . Rude manager very bad service . I see they have cars available but they are not giving .. they forced me to take the stinky car which I don't want .. i fighter with them and finally then they gave car which parked over there. They wasted my time for 2 hours to pick my car.. so rude and very bad service .. I will not recommend anyone to book a car there .. cars are old and stinky and only few new cars available which they are saving to rent ..

I tried renting a vehicle from enterprise in Collierville for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival the representative named Buddy was polite. However once I realized I forgot a document needed as a rental requirement his entire attitude changed. I recieved the run around and felt as if my business was not aprreciated. He and one of the other staff members named Jonathon didn't give the friendliest customer service and made me wait while he went to the back of the store for over 5 mins. In conclusion , I took my business to Hertz and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I would never recommend that location to anyone. Its unfortunate because I live in the area but had to drive 15 minutes away to feel appreciated! Do better guys.

We rented a car for a weekend getaway. I've never has issues with Enterprise & this time was no exception. My experience was even more enjoyable when I turned the car in (didn't want to give it up actually) but the representative that helped me was over the top helpful and pleasant.

We had a great 4th July long weekend thanks to Enterprise. We booked the car in advance, asked for a pickup (and a drop too later) which actually came to pick us up before time. The people are friendly, gave us 3 choices of cars from the economy range and topped the gas tank. I especially like the full tank buying concept as it saved us 39 cents per gallon. Will be certainly going back to them many times more.

I recently took the car for a long drive and the car got issue. I understand any auto can have issue but, i was expecting some better understanding when I informed this to enterprise guy

We were in Memphis for the Southern Heritage Classic. We live in Illinois. Rented vehicle from the Collierville location in advance. We were greeted with friendly people. They even gave us an upgrade. Awesome!!!! Will always rent from them.
