Jack Byno, Traffic Ticket Attorney

Worst place to choose to fight traffic tickets. I had a simple speeding ticket which they charged me for the day I called and didn't go into court for 3 months. At the end of 3 months they asked me to pay exactly what the court had initially asked. So I had to pay the $250 + the $75 these guys charged for doing nothing. Don't trust them!

I hired Jack Byno & Associates at Law on August 20, 2015 to handle two traffic tickets. I first spoke to the court where the citations were issued and knew that they could defer both tickets for $277.00 each. I also could pay the defer amount for one at the $277.00 and take defensive driving for the other at a cost of $109.00 with certificate. I then called and spoke with Jack Byno's office and was told that they would attempt to have them dismissed or at least reduced. Hopeful of this outcome I hired them for $150.00. August 28,2015 one day after the appearance date, I received a letter from Jack Byno & Associates, Attorneys at Law, stating I was to pay the $277.00 for each ticket totalling $554.00. This is worse than had I handled it myself and upon speaking with his office staff, was hung up on, left on enternal hold and pushed to voice mail. I have since TERMINATED his representation so that I may move forward and appeal at least one ticket to take the defensive driving. I basically gave his office my money for NOTHING and don't expect a refund after finding several reviews resulting in the same outcomes!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!

RUN RUN RUN!!! The receptionist is rude hung up on me twice; they took my money, didn't attempt to fight my ticket at all, wouldn't return my calls; I am reporting this firm to the state board, and to the BBB! WHAT A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem with the reviews on Jack Byno. Mr. Byno is the consumate professional in legal matters that I have had to deal with. His office staff is helpful with minor details and the processing of paperwork in an expeditious manner. I do and will continue to refer Mr. Byno.

Once this attorney has your money they will no longer treat you with respect and/or have any interest in your case. I hired him and he charged me lots of money but never came through with what he said he would do and I ended up losing my case when it was absolute I should have won. He sent a contracted attorney that was clueless.
