Very professional place. Great place to do business. Shop is very clean. Vehicles is checked out, price is given, work is performed, and then vehicles is delivered in a timely fashion. Everytime I pick my vehicles up, Dave always explain everything he did!

I first met Dave 12+ years ago. We were new to the area and leaving on a family vacation and had a nail in our tire. I remember passing Dave's several times, so I thought let me see if they could help. When I stopped Dave said they don't really do tire work but he would take a look. He fixed the tire and when I asked how much?.......Dave's reply was just have a nice vacation and did not charge me for the repair. I have been using him ever since. He has worked on several of my Jeeps, my wife's Mercedes and saved us a bundle from what the Mercedes dealer would have charged. My son now takes his car there for service. Dave is honest and upfront, I have never had any surprises when I went to pick up a vehicle. He is always courteous and calls with his findings before any repairs are made. His estimates are right on when you go to pick up your vehicle. I would highly recommend Dave's Transmission & Auto. Quality customer service at a reasonable price......and ready when promised.

We had our transmission repaired. We were very pleased with the workmanship and was given a fair price. We were very satisfied overall.

My experience with Dave's started 4/13/15 when he replaced my transmission, during that work he or someone who worked on the car damaged the Transmission cooler line which he did not tell me until it started to leak transmission fluid. I had to have it replaced by another shop to the tune of 847.20. After many discussions back and forth I finally got him to agree to split the cost, even though he was responsible I believe for the total amount. I even gave him the damaged part removed from the car by the other shop. Remember this was only 1-2 weeks after the transmission was replaced and I was give a one year warranty which he claims the transmission cooler line was not part of the original transmission requirement. It does not end there so he gave me credit and in the coming months I used some of the credit and then I send my business truck ford F-150 to be inspected. Six days after the inspection the truck stalled in a busy intersection near Keyser Miller ford, the motor seized up

had my transmission done here several months ago, ever since i picked it up the transmission overheated. I brought it back over a half dozen times. every time he had it for days and said I have made some adjustments try it out and let me know how it feels. and it always felt the same. the last time I had it in there I picked it up and recognized some damage to the bed. I contacted him and he said there is no way he hit anything. he had me drop it off again and he had it for over a week, again trying to fix the transmission and find a resolution to the damage on my bed. about a week and a half later I finally got tired of waiting, needless to say I picked the truck up and he said try it out for the 8th time and he would contact me about the damage and estimates he had gotten. needless to say my truck is now going to sawchucks to get properly fixed be cause dave never called and my bed is still dented 3 months later. never will I use daves again. another good friend of mine is going through the same type of ordeal with him also. stay away!

my son just spent $1600.00 and no car for 4 days and today no one at shop and car would NOT START! he was late for work and he was inconvenienced .
