Extremely Poor Customer Service.... Inexperience employee's answering the phone. I tried to place an order for Mozzarella sticks. The franco's employee repeated it 3x mozzarella fries. Then she informed me I was unable to order Mozzarella Sticks with blue cheese dressing. I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager Jason would not allow me to speak. I tried explaining the issue and stated "I apologize we are extremely busy I will take your order." He did not want to take 2 minutes to listen to what I was calling about as a customer. I requested for the Owner due to the poor customer service I received over the phone. I was advised he's here but was unavailable to take the call. I phoned back requesting to speak with the owner regarding poor customer service. The person that answered the phone Gabby stated the owner did not want to hear about complaints and that she could take a message.....THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ................ STAFF ARE INCONSIDERATE AND ASK YOU TO HOLD BUT I HEARD THE WHOLE BACK GROUND CONVERSATION WHILE I WAS TRYING TO HOLD FOR THE OWNER......**IT'S SAD THAT THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HIS STAFF IS PROVIDING TO THE COMMUNITY.TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE...STAFF.... WANT A PLACE THAT SERVES GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH FANTASTIC FOOD... COLLEGEVILLE BAKERY ,PIZZA STOP, OR VINNY'S.
