Overall

I wish I could give this half a star. I've been to this location several times, and each time is progressively worse than the last. I've had missing items that I had paid for. I'd had to wait for an hour for food that was supposed to be ready for pickup twenty minutes previous to my arrival (I thought I was late picking up my food, they hadn't even made it yet.) Most recently, I paid about six dollars for a sandwich, and I'd be hard pressed not to say it more closely resembles half a sandwich. I only did this, because if I went with the "you pick two" offer, I would have gotten a quarter of a sandwich and maybe a light sneezing of salad. My most recent experience includes ordering a sandwich to-go that had all the extra ingredients I requested, but none of the main ingredients. If you ordered a turkey sandwich and saw that it had no turkey in it, would you still call it a turkey sandwich?

I'm not expecting michelin-star quality food, here. I'm just expecting food as-advertised. I expect to get the food I paid for. I also expect portions (or at the very least quality!) matching with pricing. Go to McAlister's, you'll get twice the food for the same price. Panera, get your s**t together.
