Brad and Anne at John Gause Plumbing were absolutely fantastic! We called to have them check on our rent house because the water bill was sky-high. They responded quickly, saving us from another 400 gallon water bill. It would have been easy for a contractor to take advantage of us being out of town, but they were up-front and honest with us, keeping us posted at every stage of the repair, AND doing a great job. The price was incredibly reasonable considering their response time and professionalism. They came highly recommended from several happy business and residential customers, and now I see why! I'll never use anybody else, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Called Johns people out yesterday for a water leak in my garage. Plumber showed up within 2 hours and was able to locate the source of the leak. He ran to get parts and returned 45 minutes later and made a repair to my water heater. As of this morning, no water in the garage. Priced reasonable and polite

Over the weekend we had a water heater hose bust in our attic. We called John out to replace our hot water tank. The technician that arrived quickly told us that we did not need a new water tank, that only the pipe going to it had busted. He replaced both lines and we were back to new. Thanks for the fast callback and response on a weekend.

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at John Gause Plumbing. We had an wet spot appear in our ceiling Monday morning. It was dripping water into our hallway. We called a couple of plumbers but no one would come out be cause it was memorial day. However, we came upon Johns number and they were able to send someone out within the hour. The showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our air conditioner drain line had become clogged. They got it unclogged in about 15 minutes. He cleaned up the water and gave me the number to a sheetrock repair person to fix the damaged spot in the ceiling. That guy came out yesterday and made the repair. He came back this morning and put the paint on the repair and we are now back to new again. Thanks you again very much. You have earned our business from now on

Awesome service! A huge help! They even took of their shoes to come into the house! Very nice people, And very honest! Will be calling them again if we ever need any help in the future!

I just wanted to stop in and say that this company has been doing service on my properties for over 4 years. They have done a great job. I first used them on an emergency call at one of my properties. They came out that night and unclogged the unit for my tenants. The next day I called my usual plumber and he told me that my sewer line was broke and needed replaced. He gave me a price. I called John Gause Plumbing out and one other company. All three gave me a price. Johns was the best by only about $50, but they offered to camera the sewer line for alot cheaper. The plumber found that the clog was at the city connection. So I did not have to replace the line. I just paid the camera fee and saved $1900 and city of Bryan made repair. I will always use these guys. He is a great plumber

I manage a restaraunt in the area and have had the usual problems that come with it! I have also used quite a few plumbers in the past but I will never have that problem again! They not only come the same day, they fix the problem the right way! I have actually had them out more to fix the problems other plumbers have been paid to "fix" already! 3 thumbs up!!!

I called this company out earlier tonight due to no water at my house. A young man showed up and looked over some things and determined my meter had been turned off. He then determined that maybe the City of Bryan had turned it off due to a bad leak. He gave me a price and it was reasonable {especially at 10pm}. He made the repair in about 30 minutes and 30 minutes later i had water again.
