        The automated phone service is horrible. It's absolutely wretched. Whoever designed it needs a root canal without Novocain!

        I have been trying unsuccessfully since 11:30 am to speak with a person at the branch in College Station, Texas at the phone number provided. This unpleasant experience is enough for me to take by business elsewhere.
