Janae was always available to answer my questions or address concerns through email or on the phone. She made me feel like a neighbor and not just a client with an address attached! I am so thankful for Lynn and her team for making sure our rentals were home and not just a place to live.

The staff sends out email reminders of the quarterly inspections. Sadly, these inspections are needed. We've seen other properties absolutely destroyed by tenants too immature to be living on their own. It's a price you have to pay renting in a college town. Lynn, however, was kind enough to schedule our inspection so we could make arrangements for our special needs child. The stress of moving has taken a toll, and strangers in the house are difficult for him to cope with.

requested service ASAP because it was June and HOT! They got someone over

to our house to work on it and got it all fixed that day. We were so

thankful that they cared about their tenants and got our A/C fixed so

quickly.

At Home responds to emails quickly. Staff are excellent at referring concerns to the proper person. It's a well run office. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional.

At Home Properties definitely took great care of our family getting us into our current home. We have had minor repair issues that were taken care of. Staff has been polite and very friendly to all of my family members. You can see that they strive to serve their tenants and have had great customer service. I imagine for most tenants, the property is more important than the management until there is a some issue. Properly handled issues by management keep it all about the property in the tenants mind. I continue to enjoy renting this property, and At Home has not done anything to affect that. Sort of like, you don't notice the umpire in a well called baseball game. That is what At Home does and I think its the right way.

I am a very thorough and particular person. I expect for others that I choose to work with to have a similar mindset. While there have been a few bumps along the way, I am very pleased with the support that Jana has provided and the direction things are going with our properties. she has been quite responsive to my detailed inquiries. She has helped us to find additional rental properties in CS. She has been honest and admitted when things weren't handled properly from her end. I genuinely appreciate all that she has done to help us with our properties. I look forward to working with her in the future as well.
