I have such a hard time finding a salon I like and this one meets and exceeds expectations.
I was going to be a first time customer here. I called in advance to make an appointment to tan. When I arrive, there's a note on the counter that reads "sorry no credit cards. Cash or check only". Well guess what I had? I told the girl, D, that it would've been helpful for her to have told me this since I told her on the phone before coming in that I am a new customer. She said "oh, that's ok, you can go to the ATM." I declined and said I did not want to do that. I would've liked to have been informed of this before I came in. I asked ab a one visit which is $8! Rip off! And as I'm filling out my new customer card, she scurries to the back. She was none too pleased when I asked her mamager's name, when the manager would be in, and her name as well. She was not helpful, very unpleasant, rude, and seemed bothered by me when it was her who made he mistake. Will NOT be going back. That is the worst customer experience ever!
