waited on line for 30 minutes and then they came on and the person had no clue about there stereo shop and then put me back on hold for another 20 minutes and when they finally answered I was told they don't have any openings for any install until the end of April????? 3 months that is just crazy since my buddy just went down and bought new speakers today and they are doing his install for them today as well????? Hmmm second time trying to use them there will not be a 3rd. no more business for Best buy from our family and friends
Purchased numerous iPhones & iPads from this store. Was a hassle purchasing & activating them. Was sold the Geek Squad warranty plan. Spent $240 on 2 phones ($500 total) to find out that my plan expired a week or 2 before I really needed it. No apologies, no "let's make a happy customer" deal, just "go pack sand". Thousands of dollars spent at Best Buy... They will NEVER see another dime from me. What's the true cost of a lifetime customer... Surely more than a comped service call.
Horrible service and website. Tried ordering a $700+ computer from the bestbuy website. My card was declined... I faught with customer service for 2 days as I tried to give best buy my money to get this computer, they just kept saying that it was on my banks end, knowing this wasnt true since my bank easily unblocked purchases and allowed for all best buy transactions to go through, I finally gave up on getting the computer I wanted(not before getting hung up on several times and lots of arguing). I then went to newegg.com and found a better PC for my needs for less money and processed my card imidiately. thank god for newegg, they get my money from now on. no more best buy shopping for me. 5 stars newegg.com
NEVER answer their phones. I believe I was on the phone for at least twenty-five minutes before I decided to hang up. Service was sub-par as well.
