DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!!!! I bought a faulty phone there. Taking it back 5 days later, I was given another and assured that if it did not work I would be refunded my money. Two days later, the new phone was not working. I took it back and they had every excuse in the world why I could not return it. Additionally, they charged me for calls that could never be completed. The "professionals" are uneducated addle-minded millennials who don't have the first clue about customer service. Additionally, the products are pathetically sub-standard, and the store is poorly run with wait times up to two hours. Definitely seek out a Verizon store other than the one on Prairie Avenue in Hayden Idaho.
This place is HORRIBLE. It provided me with the worst customer service I have EVER received. Let's just start with the beginning of my visit. I walk in, and give the service person my name so I can wait for a salesperson to help me out, and I was told only 1 person was ahead of me. I wait 20 minutes, which is understandable, and I finally get my sales rep. She talks to me about the phone I wanted and then goes on to tell me about the colors it comes in. She then starts to make her way to the back to get the phones and starts helping a different guy and drops me. I wait about 10 minutes then I tell a different salesperson that I need someone new to help me because she just walked away from what she was doing. Once I get the manager, He begins to set up my phone and then proceeds to tell me that I have a balance of $52.00 I need to clear up. I know this is wrong, but my proof was at home on printed off statements. I had to drive back to my house to get the statements. I brought them back and he agreed I was right and told me he would clear it up and HIM PERSONALLY would call me tomorrow. I get a phone call from some girl that I have never spoken to telling me that I need to reset my account and that I still owe the $52.00. All I have to say is that the manager was not man enough to call me himself. I will never go back to this verizon store EVER again.
