I've always been afraid to go to the dentist. Since my first visit over 15 years ago, I've felt like I'm part of a family. Dr Loftus and his team are caring and gentle. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. They're great!

Before coming to this office I had a fear of going to the dentist however the staff has made me feel very comfortable and the sedation they offer is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not quite Right here

Really saddening experience with this office. The front desk girl (Ashley) started lying to me and also my spouse, and then we had run arounds by the office manager and staff over a promised credit. People should act as they way they want to be called apon, honest or dishonest. (Whatever happened to professional integrity?) Nothing is clear and nobody has record of anything. Conflicting, false information and this is stressful as well as embarrassing, especially after a dental treatment. Management does NOT try to 'make things right.' The cda location overbills ALL patients which they've admitted to. Turns out a second opinion revealed I did not need an additional $950 in treatment as quoted. Do they need that $16.00 credit/refund more than I do? We've complained, directly, about everything. Still no call back, nothing.

I sent them a request through their "schedule an appointment" section on at the beginning of the week July 28th - August 1st. I left my contact info - phone number and email address. I didn't hear back even with the message that someone would "get back to me shortly". I waited a couple days, then used the "schedule an appointment" section again, with a variety of preferred days (any time would work for me). The rest of the week passed by and I didn't hear back from them.

On Monday, August 4th a little before 10am, I made another online request, this time listing my preferred days as any day and time that week - and asked them to get back to me in order to confirm if any of these times would work and if not could we work out another time. I also emailed them letting them know this was my third request and I'd like to hear back from them.

I didn't hear back from them, so the next day on August 5th at 9:15am I sent in another request, with the rest of the days of the week and the option for any time working for me, as well as the request to work out another time if none of these days/times worked.

Today I still haven't heard back from them, even though my first contact with them was the beginning of last week. I was considering calling, but I don't see why I have to schedule an appointment online, email them, AND call in order to just get a reply. They should be checking on all avenues and not force the customer to only use one when they provide several alternatives.

I usually don't say this, but it's honestly terrible customer service and I won't be returning unless this changes.
