Established in 1984, Design Events is a full-service trade show and theme event production company. It maintains more than 13,000 square feet of warehouse and office complex. The company offers event planning and management services for various trade shows, themed events, tenting and weddings. Design Events has a staff of over 20 individuals. The company provides customized design and arrangement solutions for pipes, drapes, tables and carpets. In addition, it features a format printer to create event graphics and fabrication concepts. Design Events offers tables, counters, barstools, poster boards and electrical equipment. The company maintains a location in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.

Trade Shows- We are a full service Trade Show Decorator & Trade Show Services provider, offering premier exposition services including: decorator and exhibitor services, pipe & drape, tradeshow booth options, electrical distribution, A/V, freight handling, graphics, booth design, custom layouts, decor or theme & more.  Whether it is an entire tradeshow or just your booth you are working on Design Events can help you with all of your needs.  With years of experience and a wide range of equipment and set-up capabilities we are your one stop shop for trade show services in the Inland Northwest.

 

Themed Events- Bring excitement to your next Company Celebration, Fundraiser, Gala or Event that you want your guests to remember.  We have everything you will need and will help you create a unique experience.  Lighting and Props, graphics, A/V equipment, staging, and creation of customized items made specifically for your event.  We have an amazing inventory and a knowledgeable staff to get the flow, looks, and design perfect for your next event, large or small.

 

Weddings- Tents & tables, Chairs & Dance floors, we have it all to make your Special Day just as you have imagined.  Design Events staff is here to help you find just what you need & provides you with Full Service Rentals.  We will deliver right to you venue & our fee's include our staff setting up, placing, and taking down each item, so friends and family can enjoy your special day along with you.

Design Events is full service.  Our pricing includes our professional staff helping you every step of the way. We are not just your typical rental company, we will come out and do a site check to make sure the items you rent will work in the space that you have.  We will look at overhead wires, in-ground sprinklers systems etc. We set up everything you rent from us so your event is stress free for you and guests.  We carry quality items and give great customer service and work with your schedule on when we come set-up and take down rented items so your event goes without interruption.
