Zero Box Quality Meat

NEVER EVER GO HERE! THEY will STEAL YOUR MEAT! THEY HAVE NO CLUE to "THE ART OF CUTTING UP A COW" THEY ARE THIEVES!! THE LADY WHO RUNS IT " RUDE ".

I would not recommend this place!!!!

Turned in 200 lbs elk meat without rib cage. Two back-straps and two tenders from 600 lb cow. Got back 5, 10 oz butterfly steaks. Was told that was all there was after they were cleaned. This was a clean shot no damage to back straps and they were very clean. Lesson learned NEVER EVER turn in your back straps. I would not recommend this place.
