My hertz rental broke down near this location and I had to limp to this location to exchange for a vehicle. They told me that they need my ID and credit card to verify my previous rental agreement. But instead started a new one and charged me for the replacement. So now I have to pay for both agreement until I sort this out. This location knows the policy at hertz and the fact they weren't suppose to mislead customer, but they did it anyway. This is as close to defrauding customer as a reputable company can get. By the way, I never got compensation for the break down of the first hertz vehicle.
