I will never buy a vehicle from coconut creek auto mall ever again. They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I bought and purchased a vehicle and extended warranty, my car broke down when I was out of town. I called to get help making a claim, everyone there were completely rude and not helpful. Now I'm coming out of pocket for $800 and I guess I'll try to get reimbursed when I get home. They're only nice when your buying the car, after that your on your own. Customer service is not important to them!

We were misled to buy a BMW X5 demo car, which was presented as new, including on the paperwork, which turned out to have paint damage. They only remembered it was a demo with miles on board when we decided to buy that car. Even then, we received assurance that a demo car is sold as new, with all the benefits and privileges. We were shown the car dusty in the parking lot and only saw it clean after signing all the paperwork, and, of course, it is a BMW which was sold as new, so it didn’t cross our mind to check for paint damage. Shockingly, the car was "detailed" and yet somehow, somebody that has an eye for details missed 5-6 dark spots on a new white car.They also tried to trick us on the APR, agreed at 0.9%, and just by luck we noticed the APR written on our paperwork is 2.49% and a correction was made right then, but they would probably have done the same thing as with the paint chips. When we went back about the chipped paint, they treated us in an offensive manner, because, apparently, we are not high-end customers, told us that a repair would make them look worse, which we refused, and they refused to repaint the hood or take the car back. We left it there and they still performed retouching on the car without our agreement and made it even worse. So now we have a used, damaged BMW in the parking lot and a new one on paper. Be very careful when you buy from them and don't believe their word unless it is in writing.
The worst salespeople of any local dealership. Braman treats you like a real customer. Stay away!!!!!!!!!! Sales manager have no experience.
I recently bought a 2016 Nissan maxima it was use the sales manager was a guy name Malik and a sale Rep by the nickname HUGGY pretty nice guy before I bought the car I ask about the other key Malik told me that he is going to contact the previous owner and get me the other key for the car that is not a problem at all gave us a couple weeks we will have it for you I said no problem because I did not want to purchase the car with one key but any way I went ahead and purchase the car because I believe in him all the way so when I call over there they gave me all this bullshit running around this is no ware you treat customer that is bad business and now they telling me I should of get it in writing lesson learn I advice anyone who is going to purchase a car please don't go to Al Hendricks Toyota dealership bad experience at all I would never recommend anyone please spend your money some ware else a bunch of con artist be aware.

After going to 3 or 4 dealerships with a vehicle in mind, I landed at Mercedes of Auto Nation. After walking around the lot for 15 to 20 minutes then going inside and not finding any salesman to assist me in test driving the vehicle I spotted; I was frustrated & baffled because normally car salesman would be hounding you. Along came a salesman, Glen Glazer that just had punched out & on his way home and also was supposed to be off that day; but came to the rescue. He was very professional, friendly and helpful as we explained our frustration. He took his time in test driving and explaining to us all the details. At this point I was so tired after the day of searching & didn't want to spend 3 more hours in the business managers office so I gave Glen my credit card to hold the vehicle with a signature and I was on my way with plans on coming in the next day to finalize the deal. I would refer Glen to all my friends and family.
I bought my car from an outside car dealer, and right away I started having issues, my warranty holder referred me to 2 different facilities, who could not help, inevitably , I had to be sent to Mercedes of Coconut creek, I spoke with Jody Wright and from the on set he has been excellent, no games, he under promised and over delivered, I appreciate them, and I do not car about next the Deductible, I have to pay, My Mercedes has a home at this dealer ship.. I felt like I bought the car from them. Thank yo guys awesome, and Most of all Thank you Jody.
