I love the staff, Bridgette the manager is super nice, I ask them to gift wrap and ups all my items. They did it with a smile.

Love this store!!, they have the best products, great staff and free gift wrapping.

i.e.I have been a customer for years and tried to exchange an unworn bike helmet and was told no. My issue was that the helmet was sold with markers for my child to create her own design but some of the markers didn't work. The manager told me some colors dont work on some helmets?!?! Well why do you sell them like that? Bottom line the situation was handled with arrogance and they have lost my business over a $30 helmet. Find another store.
