        A true class act! My son and a friend took the bus to New York today and got lost finding their way back to the pick up location. I called the emergency number and the gentleman I spoke with contacted the bus driver. They waited 20 minutes for my son and friend to arrive as not to leave them stranded. I am sure that there were several unhappy passengers and I am VERY sorry they got delayed, but am GRATEFUL that Hunt Valley Motor Coach was compassionate in making the decision to wait for them. We have traveled with them in the past and we'll definitely be traveling with them again in the future!

        Hunt Valley Motor Coach did no...

        Hunt Valley Motor Coach did not provide safe travel or professional services for our missions trip to New Orleans in July of 2012. The bus sent to us had bald tires, a broken windshield and an operator that left the passengers for hours without responding. The bus also did not take the agreed upon route extending the trip by nearly tow hours. The US Dept of Transportation found the bus was not in compliance with high-way safety regulations. Unfortunately, we had to secure another bus company and cancel our services with Hunt Valley. The company has not refunded our money. Please do not chose this company for travel. They are unreliable.
