I brought my Monaco Executive in for some repairs and service. They gave me an estimate before they started the work and that is what I paid even though the work took longer than I was charged and was very happy with the work performed. I was able to add a few items onto the work order as well. Very happy with this shop.
This is the worst RV repair shop. They were extremely rude and did not provide a proper estimate nor the part I asked for back. They spent 5.5 hours the install an inverter sideways (you can't read the front panel)They did not fully connect it or fill the holes from the old one. They cracked the remote panel, they disconnected the basement heater and bent a basement door. All I want is repair and all I get is denial. They are not taking responsibility to repair it. I have so far gone up the the regional level to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They do not stand by their work. They have devalued my rig and this was only the half of it. When I spoke with Matt, I was told no one looks at the front of their inverter. Matt has poor customer service skills.
Matt the service manager does and excellent job with customer service and satisfaction we been coming there four years now with no problems we live in California and drive all the way to Oregon to have our land yacht serviced and fixed , thanks matt for job will done a very satisfied customer .
