Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service, friendly staff. Upgraded me for free to a nice vehicle because economy model was unavailable.

The car was ok for a rental, but 5 days later I'm still waiting to be refunded that ridiculously high refundable deposit of $150, when my insurance paid for the rental.

I've rented two vehicles now from the Caln Twp/Coatesville location and I will certainly rent a third. The staff is very personable and the service is very professional.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Coatesville office with Noell and Jared. They explained everything with my car rental very clearly. They even took care of the cost of the rental through the dealership where my car was being serviced. Noell shuttled me to and from the dealership. She was cordial and nice. We chatted about stuff during the commute. I would recommend her and Jared to anybody looking for energetic business professionals who take pride in their work and want to please the customer. They did a great job!
