I had my vehicle wrapped about 10-11 months ago, therefore I can give an adequate representation of the quality of work and how well it’s holding up. When I brought the vehicle in for an estimate, I was told that they would include an extra layer of protection under my door handles and the trim along the doors to prevent scratches/scuffs. I was also told that it would be a clean transition from my window trim to where it meets the vinyl wrap. Additionally, I asked them to include tint on all windows and just above my AS-1 line. Overall, they were very confident in their ability to wrap a full-size SUV. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a few flaws immediately but at this point, I just told myself to live with it. But come the first wash, I was unbelievably disappointed. There were small tears in the wrap, a 3-4 inch air bubble on my roof, and areas where you could see the paint color peaking through because they didn’t bring the wrap around that particular body panel to the underside. I even had one area where it was beginning to lift at the corner of my front bumper and quarter panel. There were sections that had been overlapped instead of using a full piece of vinyl, and my side mirror (the other one needed replacing so I didn’t have them wrap that one) was “completed” with 4 pieces of vinyl. The bottom of the mirror isn’t even wrapped! It looks unbelievably sloppy, unprofessional, rushed, and unfinished. Remember me mentioning the extra layers of protection? I’m sorry to say that must have been missed, along with the tint above my AS-1 line. What was tinted has hairline scratches and bubbles visible in direct sunlight. The wrap itself still looks brand new (thank you, 3M), but I am very disappointed in the finished product. I understand it was a very large project to take on and requires a certain skill set. At the same time, they should have stated this was far beyond their expertise and I should look elsewhere, like AutoImage.
Terrible! If this review saves one persons car from damage then it's worth it. Discoloration to my vehicle from their tint solution. They refused to clean it up. Tint is bubbling on another car they did and they won't honor a refund. Horrible tint shop. Ive had five cars done by them. One is good, but that was a long time ago. Left a terrible mess in one of my pick-up's
About a month ago my wife and I had a local dealership take our brand new vehicle down to All Star to have it tinted. Standard practice, right? Long story short and two tint jobs later, there was plenty of dirt, bubbles, and runs/lines on the windows. Management there refused to talk to me about the issue because they "worked with the dealership" but assured me they did the best job possible. What makes this better is we decided to have the tint done a third time at another local company and that company discovered (as they were removing the old tint) that whoever "took their time" at All Star had scratched the glass on at least 3 of the windows. Also be aware that if you have a dealership take your vehicle to All Star to have it tinted, they will not warranty their product as they would if you took it yourself.
I've been a customer for a couple years now. They do a bunch of graphic stuff for us. The quality of work is great.
I have had 2 Toyota Avalon's wrapped at All Star Dents & Graphics and I've been very satisfied with the work they did. The most important thing to me is the customer service experience, and the owner's top priority is to make sure you walk away happy.
I'm picky and hard to deal with and I want everything to be perfects and All Star Dents is okay with it and don't complain about me complaining. If i wanna change something up they don't complain. The staff is great.
I had graphics done by All Star Dents & Graphics on my Chevy. Their pricing is very competitive with everybody else around Clovis.
All Star Dents & Graphics is a good operation and I like that it's a small town business. I wouldn't change anything about their services.
