When I found out what happened, I called the airport and realized that the keys were left with the wrong airline. I contacted "Mel E." and apologized about the miscommunication. We were able to get "Mel E." his rental and because of his experienced we paid his fee. Happy to say that a couple of weeks later "Mel E" called us and has rented with us again. I LOVED renting from this business, their rates were very cheap and cars were new model cars, which was surprising hence the name and prices. Awesome place!!!
I am beyond LIVID right now, having been STRADED at the Clovis airport. I spoke to them TWICE this week to ensure that they would be able to have a car for me at the airport. I get to the airport, and find NO CAR!!! And no emergency contact number, either local or national.But they sure were able to charge my credit card already. Also, I sent them copies of my license and insurance card. I'm now regretting that, because who know what this fly-by-night outfit will do with that information.The ONLY reason I'm not STILL sitting at the Clovis airport is because the pilots took pity on me and gave me a ride into town. The PILOTS!!!!!Lesson learned, no more dealing with this outfit,
