They are not true to their word. I can't even count how many times they would say they're call me and wouldn't. They also do not have accurate quotes. If he gives you a quote amount, count on it being 10 to 15% higher than the quote he has given you. Darrell said he would call me for update, such as for a quote, and he would say things such as I'll call you by this Friday, and give you an update, but I would never receive it. I was told my engine was to be pulled by March 16th, but it was not done by March 16th. I asked why they. Just made excuses and said they were so freaking busy. So I asked when would it be done, and they said by the 23rd. But it wasn't then again. They said they would call me on the weekend and give me an update. They never called me. Finally on March 28th, 2016, they finally did pull the engine. 11 days later than they promised it would be done. On April 22nd 2016 I tried to ask for a discount from Daryl because of the four months, at that time, that it was taking to get this engine done. He just totally ignored me and tried making comments about the thunder outside, that was roaring in the distance and also blaming the issues of this current engine on an engine that wasn't even in this Rover. I was told on April 16th that the engine would be done in two weeks as of May 26th 2016, it was not done. The issues we ran into seems to always be somebody else's fault or something else's fault never Darryl's fault or their company Auto House of Clovis' fault. Just out of the blue he stated that my vehicle is just a project and I quote "Your vehicle is a project. Especially since your tags are not up to date for two years. Because of that you're Rover is not priority. All the other cars that come in and out such as the only family car that takes grandma to the hospital or the school children to school, that car, when it breaks down, is priority. Or, such as the other day, our family van went out and that's definitely priority." One of the strange things are that on their website it says that they understand that your vehicle is important to you, and that we treat every vehicle with the highest standard of service possible, as if it was our own. If that were true, and he says that his van is priority, that means my vehicle would be done a long time ago. Because if they count theirs as priority and I'm supposed to be treated as their vehicles, that means mine should have been done a long time ago. Butt it took 10 mon. to get done. I had to report Auto House of Clovis to the B.A.R. or the Bureau of Automotive Repair, because of all the violations that they haf broken. We tried to work it out,but Auto House of Clovis, the owner of it , Daryl, did not want to back down and continued saying that it was not their fault or their problem. They were more interested in getting a bad name for themselves from the Bureau of Automotive Repair, than humbling themselves from their pride and admitting their wrong. The report was filed to their records and will always be on their records until their business closes. They are very knowledgeable, but I would hardly even trust them. with a bicycle because of their untrustworthy attitude know-it-all attitude and arrogance. So, as you may see, I would never recommend them!!! I will continue returning my Rover there for warranty work. But other than that I will not go there for any other needs so please boycott Auto House of Clovis.
Honestly dont even waste your time and money on this insurance broker. He will just take your money and never answer any of the concerns or question you may have. Yes his prices might be real good but not worth all the hassle you will have to indure once your trucks permits and CA# gets cancelled all because these people are real quick to get your money but dont know how to work.
Always take my car here. They are trustworthy. The even told me that I really didn't need to have my breaks changed yet because they still had about 50 percent left on them.

They came highly recommeded so I went to them. They acceptedmy job. Over three weeks gone by and my vehicle still sitting. It only needs a new belt tensioner and belt!!!Week after week, excuses, excuses. So I went to talk to Paul one of the owners a few mornings ago. He said he had been down with the flu. OMG he wreaked of alcohol like he had been on a week long bender!!! Disgusting!! The smell was coming of of his pores even...some flu eh.They knew I had my vacation to Arizona planned & now its delayed!!! I lost my vacation deposits because of them!Just BEWARE Paul & Darold are over rated flakes!!!!!!
