Cryotherapy
Most skin conditions are treated by family physicians but Dr. Purewal has gone through additional training in dermatology enabling him to take care of most skin cancers, and precancerous skin growths right here in the office. Dermoscopy, cryotherapy, and electrosurgery are all offered.

In line with his preventive care philosophy Dr. Purewal is a weight loss specialist. Following the guidelines of the Obesity Medicine Association, he will come up with a medically managed weight loss program which is individualized to fit your needs and specific medical conditions. Dr. Keerit Purewal is a primary care physician who is board certified in Family Medicine and sees patients of all ages. Michael graduated in 2000 from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. He worked as a researcher at City of Hope Beckman Research Institute until 2006 when he continued his education at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating with a master’s degree as a physician assistant in 2008. Has been certified as a physician assistant since graduating and has worked in neurosurgery as well as family practice in a rural clinic.
