Primary Care
Do I need a referral to be seen at your office? If you have a PPO insurance, no you do not need to be referred. You are welcome to call us directly and schedule an appointment. If you have an HMO or Medi-Cal HMO insurance, yes you do need to be referred by your Primary Care Provider.
Emergency Care
At Baz Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Center in Fresno near Alluvial, we can help you if you or your child has had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. The most common symptoms include hives, swelling, shortness of breath, wheezing, and in some cases, even passing out. If these symptoms are happening to you, please go to a Fresno community hospital or urgent care facility. Afterward, we can help discuss a treatment plan with you and find possible antibiotics which are safe for you or your child.

Allergies
In order to save you time, please fill out the new patient forms ( click here ) before your visit. Allergy testing may be done during this visit and can take anywhere from one to two hours. If this appointment is not for a child, we strongly suggest that children not accompany you on your visit. Allergy testing requires the patient to be perfectly still and we have found that patients with children are unable to do so.
