A+ Property Management

A+ Property Management are tyrannical and unprofessional. They do not adequately represent their clients' interests and fail to keep them informed. Recently, A+ knowingly signed and delivered "checks" that were returned for insufficient funds after having received rental income from tenants. As a result, further buisness with A+ Property was terminated..I highly recommend against using this company unless you want unwelcomed "drama" or constant "chaos".

Rude, disrespectful people run that business. And instead of trying to change they just bully and bash even more . Pure icky!!

I've dealt with A+ Property Management for more than 18 years. It has been a great experience and they always find the right tenants. Till this day I have not experienced any troubles. I've recommended Vicki and Crystal to a few investors and they are extremely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend A+ Property Management!

Terrible property management. Extremely rude/disrespect of tenants. Protect yourself, please do not rent from this company.

Terrible company ran by a terrible woman and her daughters. Had the rental professionally cleaned. Moved out 10 days ahead of written notice. It has been 45 days and they Are still making excuses why our deposit has not been returned.
Filing greavence with BBB..
My suggestion is Find housing elsewhere.

Wish I had read the reviews before renting from A+ property management. Landlords Vicki and Crystal are terrible. Just lie and tell you anything to save face. Have a problem with my windows right now, and vicki daid thats jot something they fix, while crystal says they fixed it. No one came to fix anything. Put this requedt in months ago. Went in to complain about it today. And instead of making sure it gets taken care, Crystal threatens to not extwnd my lease.. OH NO!!! IM GOING TO DIE!! THEY ARE LAZ ANF RUDE!! Worst property management company i have ever dealt with. Currently in the middle of my lease so hopefully things change but I doubt it. They resolve issues by not extending leases. Crystal is just a spoiled little brat working for mommy!!

Just got off the phone with a woman named Vicki. I wish I would have read the reviews prior because they are 100% right. She was very rude on the phone and made me feel as if I was taking up her time. I said thank you and that was the end of the phone call. They must not need business that bad. Unprofessional!

My girlfriend called to check the status of an apartment application, and they hung up on her. These people are very unprofessional. Stay away from these apartments.

For future renters DO NOT rent from A+ Property Management. Our apartment was infested with cockroaches and they would not take the appropriate measures to fix the issue. Once we requested to terminate our lease because our apartment was unlivable they gave us three days to get out. They then had the audacity to keep $500 of our deposit for "deep cleaning". We had to find an apartment, pack and be out in three days. They wouldn't take a 30 day notice. How was I supposed to clean anything when there were cockroaches everywhere. It was so bad the walls were covered with crap. Spread the word. DO NOT RENT FROM A+ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Vicki and Crystal are rude and unprofessional. Just wow...

A+ property management? More like F- property management. Crystal and Vicki are awful, rude, disrespectful and the most unprofessional " women " I've ever had the dissatisfaction of having to do business with. They won't answer their phones and if they do they have the most disgusting rotten attitudes, and she will even call the cops for " harassment " when they are needed and not wanting to deal with you! Renters beware!

I rented an apartment on Pollasky (Clovis CA) for 18 months - Vicky and Crystal were always helpful and available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. The property was kept up and if I needed a repair it was typically fixed within the day. I recommend A Plus for your rental needs.
