This place was so nice when we first moved in. Had a wonderful manager named Debbie who really kept the place up. Unfortunately they decided to transfer her and since then the place isn't the same. The laundry room is always dirty, machines broken. The grounds use to be kept so clean and now they get cleaned once a week by the garnders. The pool area is never cleaned and dirty and there aren't even umbrellas for shade anymore. Such a be huge bummer when you move into a nice place and then it all changes. Hope they get it together becuase the new management needs some instruction.

I regret moving in these apartments I'm glad I'm out now!They are racist against black people and every ethnicity that is not white. They try kicking you out right after you move in the manager calls to complain about everything to the company so you'll be stuck with the contract and have to keep paying after they kick you out. There's bugs everywhere. They will fine you if your car leaks oil and if you have a BBQ grill in the patio they're fining people left and right. The manager looks into your patio and spy's on everyone at night. DO NOT MOVE IN its a waste of money and a head ache FYI if you do decide to move in you're going to pay out of pocket for everything wrong in the apartment

Lincoln Avenue Apts. Have bad business policies that are morally unfair. I was approved for an apt. Paid my deposit, and A WEEK BEFORE I MOVE IN they tell me I cannot move in! I HAD NO WHERE TO GO! THATS JUST WRONG!! I don't have a criminal history, I was already given a movein date. There's nothing I can do but warn others not to rent to them!

Buyer Beware! Dartmouth Tower is a wonderful community of residents that form a nice community. However, the management is not to be trusted. The Ellis company, which manages this complex and others in the area such as Scottsman and Scottsman Too, replaced 4 sets of managers during the very short 1 year that I spent there, leaving many issues handled poorly and in an inconsistent manner. Move out inspections were one of the biggest complaints in that residents felt deceived after not being charged in accordance with the items listed on their pre-move out inspection or according to the costs specified in their lease agreement and then they were never given any proof for the items which they were actually charged. The Ellis Company was equally unresponsive and their office staff was often rude and abrasive when making any inquiries or attempting to speak with them. There are too many other good apartment communities in Clovis that are pleasant and reasonable to deal with for someone to have to put up with such practices at a place like Darmouth Tower. Live elsewhere if you can.

This is a nice new recreational type apartment super-complex just behind the mall!Rob.. Urantia says it looks great, the rooms and closets are huge, rent low low low
