Terrible service. And I hope you like pulling around and waiting for your food at the drive thru. It's the slowest I've been to.. and I travel for work
My husband and I ordered food from here when he got home the food was wrong. We tried calling the rest of the evening and the following two days and no one answered the phone, it would ring several times before the fax machine picked up. When we were back in town yesterday we stopped in to ask for our order to be replaced. We also ordered additional food. We were told by the assistant manager that we had to call before coming in to replace an order. We told her we had been trying to call since Tuesday night. She then told us there was nothing she could do. When I called to speak with the general manager, Greg, he said he didn't have time to deal with my problem so I asked for a number to speak with someone else. The number he gave me was a non working number! This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this location, but I have never complained until now because it was not edible!
When i go by Bojangles #783. My food is never fresh. Its like they hire all high school kids who just socialize while the customers have to deal with old dried out supremes And rubber fries This has happened too many times. I will never go back !
