The entrance of this community is a bit on the rough looking side until you come in a bit where you see a wonderful display of double wides and single wides. The trailers are situated nicely on a .24 acre of land. The grounds are nicely kept and speed bumps are in place. The playground is just enough, but could use a barbaque picnic area. The driveways to some trailers are paved and some with gravel. Some driveways are not there but would be nice to have them in place to show consistency. The children range from infant to 17 years old and are very well behaved. The traffic in the community is steady with early morning commuters and the school buses. The school district is Clover Schools with a blue ribbon history.

Rents range from $300.00 to $750.00 for single wide trailers and double wides. Lot rentals are $210.00 pending on the size. Always ask for the history of electic for the trailer you are renting before signing the lease. Depending on the insulation and how well built trailers are, over time if not maintained can cost a couple of hundred a month on top of your rent. Water is included in your rent due to wells and not city water. Wells are maintained frequently.



Dogs are allowed only in kennels outside the home. Cats are not permitted. Fences are not allowed or permitted but did see on drive through of the property, 3 dogs in a fenced area without kennels, stray dogs wondering the streets and some trailers have fences some do not. Inquiry is suggested as the rules may have been lifted.



Overall review of this community is most favorable compared to other Mobile Home parks in the immediate area of Lake Wylie and Clover.

Quiet place to live but could use speed bumps due to fast drivers. Other than that, place is good place to live.
