I was so excited to book a local company photobooth for my wedding. I loved how they did the multiple print outs with two attendants and the guest book.My first issue with the, was when they said they would send out the invoice/contract. It took forever and two reminders to send.My next was my wedding day, where they did not show up. I confirmed their arrival a few days before, and the day of my reception owner updated me of the endorse who had showed, and the photobooth was not one of them. I tried calling, but the number provided did not have a mailbox set up. I thought maybe they were running late, so I told my vendor to wait for them. When I got to my reception they were not there. I tried calling, as did my mother, during my reception, but we got no response. I got an email saying there was a family emergency, and they were out of town. Although I was sorry for their emergency, they were unprofessional in not notifying me. I could have been able to get Nother photobooth from my dj, but I got not response or notification. I had to favors or guest book because I had no clue that they would not show up. This was not an event that can be repeated, an do was so disappointed in this company.
