The staff here welcomes you at the door, although it was my first time in she had made it seem as if we had know each other for years! I love this place as much as one could love going to the dentist I guess :)

I was very disappointed with my experience at this Dentist office. When I had my teeth cleaned, the girl only spent 15 minutes cleaning my teeth. I do not think they were cleaned well. Also I was told I needed several fillings and that my insurance would cover. I asked what it would cost and was not given a straight answer but that insurance would take care of it. They wanted my credit card to schedule another appointment for the work but I felt strange that they would ask for that and did not give to them. Later I checked my insurance and found out only 20% would be covered! Wow, and they would've charged my card the difference without telling me! This office seems to be something they're not. You think with all the religious music and pictures it would be a good place but I think that is a cover just to lure you in, run you through quick, try to get you to agree to more work and ultimately charge too much. I guess with the expensive location, all the staff and Dentists there they need to prey on certain patients in order to cover their expenses? I don't recommend this place at all.

if I could give 0 out of 5 I would!MONEY SHARKS DO NOT GO!!!!! worst experience ever with Jackson Orthodontics I started seeing him in may 2015 appointments were fine, long story short there was a estimate of over $5,000.00. save your money do your research!!!! find the dentist that has the patients best interest in mind NOT THESE GUY THEY ARE THE WORST I found this all out after I moved, you see I only had seen them for when they put the braces on and two appointments after that I left (one month and a half out of the 18-24 months predicted ) . They had already taken half of the money $750 from my insurance company and 3 payments of $145.00 plus the $500.00 down but I had to move to another state personal reasons, I tried to go to another ortho in MD in 11/2015 but I came to take out the other half of my insurance money $750...$1,500 total and Jackson Ortho took the other half and now a year later they are trying to get the full amount of money for SERVICES THEY NEVER PROVIDED!!!!!!!

We have been coming to Dr. Jackson for a couple years now and love him and his office staff. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Jackson is always caring and does a great job of easing my son's fears. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience In the office today. The staff was very accomidating to my schedule today.

Jackson Orthodontics has an excellent team and have been very helpful throughout my braces process. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his team!

Simply put: Five months ago I had crooked teeth and quick to cover my mouth before smiling or laughing. In such a short time after getting braces , I feel more at peace with my laugh and myself. Thanks to Dr. Jackson and his wonderful crew my Laugh"IT " factor has sky rocketed to no return... Who knew something as simple as smiling could change a persons attitude and outlooksso quickly? (I rate this office a 20 out of 10) Thanks a million !!! J.T McSwain

My daughter, Gianna, got her braces in August of this year. She was so scared because all her friends who already had braces told her that when you go back to get them "tightened" that it really hurts. She has not had one appointment that has caused her any pain. Dr Jackson is such a nice person and he works so well with kids. I would never go anywhere else.
