I believe in giving my business to local companies to support our local economy. Unfortunately in doing this I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at this company. The lack of organization is very evident and it comes through in the service they extend to the customer. Timelines are given which aren't adhered to. Communications are promised that never take place. The owner can come off as condescending when questions are asked. I ordered a varsity jacket a couple weeks before Christmas, and realized it would be not be ready for the holiday due to the late order. However, I just received the finished coat today. 4/18. I was told I would receive a call when the coat arrived to come in and order the monogramming. After waiting a couple weeks after the time I was told the coat would be in I finally called to check the status. I was told "Oh yah, it's here" I was told the coat would be ready in a week once the printing order was placed, it didn't happen. I was told I would receive a call when the printing/sewing was done. Finally called myself. "Oh, yah it's done I forgot to call you" Not the service I was hoping for.
