I really do enjoy this Walmart! I met a great lady who helped me pick out the best feminine care to fit my needs! I often (embarrassingly) shart in my pants and I was considering buying diapers to hold the mess when I'm at work. She helped me try them on and even held my already sharted in undies so I could find the best fit. I was pleasantly surprised by how much she knew about the products considering she didn't even work there! When I checked out she held my purse for me so I could pay without funneling around. Such a great girl! Only downside is I had a $100 bill in my purse that I must've lost in the fitting room. Please contact me if anyone finds it. But thanks again Stephanie for your help and support! :)
Awesome customer service. They had exactly what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful. Will be back
Ashley GomillionOctober 6, 2016 6:42 pmHighly disappointed, in the job done on both occasions. Monday October 3rd, 2016 I received an estimate for a job to be completed by this particular company, Detroit Tub Liners but known as Detroit Tubs LLC on this website. Tuesday October 4th, a young man arrived to complete a job that was suppose to include Regrout, Tile repair and re-glazing.An Incomplete job occurred on two occasions, the first time Detroit Tubs sent someone out they use caulk to seal the tiles and smeared it all over the tile wall in the bathroom. After asking the young man about all the gaps and missing areas, he stated that he wasn’t told to regrout anything and that he did us a favor by filling it in with Caulk. He was told by his boss that it was just a paint job. After being unsatisfied the owner Bob Anderson stated that he was going to come out and inspect the job, but then stated “he had a doctors appointment at 9 o’ clock and would send someone to complete the job the correct way. It was a two day process the gentleman told us that he was going to regrout one day and paint the next. On his painting day he painting he glazed but left multiple spacing in the tiling and tried to cover it with a spray paint called Cover Stain oil primer, so that you would not be able to recognize the cracks. After asking the gentleman why he was using this instead of making sure it was done right he then said he was leaving. The job is still incomplete and truly unsatisfactory on Detroit Tubs behalf. So we need to know who will fix and complete the job in the correct fashion before we pursue legal action for breech of contract.
I wouldn’t even give Detroit Tubs one star if I had the choice. All the other negative reviews listed here about the company’s poor quality of work and unprofessional customer service are 100% accurate. I had them come out twice to reglaze my tub and both times was left with streaks, uneven spots, and chunks of paint bubbling up and coming off. At first the owner of Detroit Tubs Bob Anderson said this fell under my warranty and they would come out a third time to re-do the job right. But then Bob read a negative (honest) review I posted online about my experience with the company and process. He asked me to remove the review and when I declined, everything changed. Bob then threw a child-like fit, became very rude, and even declared I voided my own warranty. Bob voided my warranty because I refused to remove my negative review. Now I am out $400 and my tub looks worse than before they started! New spots are bubbling up and peeling off every day.
I would never use detroit tub to do anything in my house again very unprofessional. .
Extremely bad!!! They re-glazed my tub and did a very bad job! Called them back and they said can't do any better!!! Charged me $275, had to call a different company they came out and did an excellent job!! So don't waste your money on this extremely unprofessional company and at the end they gave me attitude!!!
This place is incredial bad I didn't even let them do my bathroom customer service was awful always forgot what I wanted and took them 3 and a half months to do anything and would lie and say we took too long if you want it done don't go here very rude and disrespectful wold not recommend to anyone
I have noticed this with other Walmart stores also. Maybe they're trying to save on the light bill?
It's hard to rate this based on one thing. To rate it on the deals, merchandise available, and cleanliness, then I'd give it 5 stars.Based on employees and management friendliness I'd give them a whopping 2 stars and that's being generous because I've met a few who were very nice. One a few days ago in electronics (I wish I'd remember his name because I'd love to tell the manager how awesome he was!) and a cashier up front. (I do come here often because it's right where I live)Today, I had to deal with a cashier who obviously didn't take her medication today or was just having a bad day. Her name was Candice and she had red hair. She was completely rude and I wanted to smack her. If you really hate your job that much, then quit. Save your customers the trouble. I work in retail and no one wants to see your bad day on your face or hear it our of your mouth by telling me what I did wrong as a customer. lol really? I hope your managers see this too. Fix the employment's attitude. Don't make them have a smile on their face but enthuse them to have one.. even an incentive. After receiving my receipt, the smart a$$ cashier gave me her ever so sincere "Thank you for choosing Walmart please come again." Yeah right.
