Aweful!!! Every year it’s same old song and dance. DONE DONE DONE with these clowns. All excuses, workers installer who cannot speak the English Lange or claim they cannot understand the questions I have for them. Ready to call immigration to see if they are legal workers. Last 3 summers, have not been able to use the pool for the full season because of excess water behind the liner... Every Fall they say we’ll take care of it in the Spring. every Spring they take till mid summer to come out to drain the water between the liner and and the floor/wall so the floor and the sides are basically floating... bull crap excuses siting the amount of rain etc... we’ve had this pool over 18 yrs...just having problems the last 3 yrs... WHY??? Maybe the owners are absent off on fishing and wild game safaris??? NEVER AGAIN

If you use these guys you are crazy. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Big mistake giving them money up front for a liner replacement. Three weeks later they still never show to finish their work. I have had their blowers running on my electricity for five days now, noise is defining and they think it's normal.Kathy and Phil lie everyday saying they will be out today and no one ever shows or call you even. I am now looking for a real company to finish before I loose the whole summer

Had to send crew twice to measure.Set appointment told they work till 8pm, two yoyo's show up say to drop off pump, install tomorrow, really after I stay home ALL day.if you like heartburn and NO RESOLVE have fun here.If you want a job to go smooth STAY AWAY...BEWARE!
The owner is very unprofessional and is quite frankly, a jerk. We made a mistake with our pool water alkalinity and it destroyed the heater, I called for a service call and the owner came out to the house with an attitude so bad that my wife called me in tears. I was prepared to order another heater and nobody was trying to make them pay for one, just wanted a service call to find out what had happened. I work on call and away from home a lot and sometimes we can't have the water quality 100% perfect and we can't test the water every other day, so mistakes happen. But in this guy's mind you're a piece of dirt when you make a service call. Mind you this was after we have spent a fortune at this place, a safety pool cover, a new pump, a salt water system, and countess amounts of chemicals, pool floats,and cartridge filters. Apparently at this place the customer is the enemy. Do not waste your time or money here.
Great Guy to deal with, we are in the business of heating and cooling so we deal with a lot of pool companies and Keith at Dolphin at least cares about his customers and making sure they are happy; most of the others don't!! He will go out of his way to help you.
DONE WITH Wind Surf & Sail! Made arrangements around the beginning of April for service on our pool for the first of May, today is May 25th and still NOTHING but excuses!!! There are a lot of pool stores in the area! We are no longer loyal customers, and will take our business elsewhere !
I am not going to waste any more time with this business, including going into detail about my experience on this post. Please see other posts. This company does not stand by their work. Excuses start before you are done trying to explain the problem. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
For product And price no knowledge they are as good as any other place. But once to buy the pool forget customer service. Took three months to get my pool installed after run around a blaming the township for permits I call township to find out no permit was applied for. The following year the pool wall had a rusted and a pin size hole in it. Took them once again three months to fix it ( yet they sent a crew to open the pool and billed me be for they fixed the pool) this year issue with pool heat called for service on May 23rd was told two to three days. As of June 06 still no service and when ever I call they just say I'm on the list for today. Yet no one shows up and no one calls and when you bring that up they get real short and say if you want they will have a manager call you ( but the manager never does) so I have given them more than one shot over a couple seasons and it's the same pool customer service
Wind Surf & Sail installed our in ground pool. One day they just stopped showing up for work. They dug the hole for the pool with no consideration for our patio, grade of our back yard, and left me to fix the problem they created. I had to hire a landscape company to fix the mess that Wind Surf & Sail created and it cost me $40,000! I thought that since they were in business for over 30 years they would know what they're doing. If your even thinking of getting an in ground pool, believe me, you don't want to do business with this company.
Very dissatisfied. The employees don't seem to communicate with each other. Delivery of the pool table was very disorganized, they forgot to bring the felt for the table, lost the pockets, did not bring the kit or cues. They all say someone else is handling it, but they don't seem to know what the order called for. The gal that answered the phone & took the message said the manager was on the floor talking to a customer but would call back, another employee called back & said the manager is out of town at a funeral..... we have the table and nothing else. Guess we need to go elswhere. NEVER would I recommend this place. The installer was very helpful, he does not work for Wind Surf & Sale though.
