Very unprofessional, tardy and unreliable services. I give them two points for expertise is because Shawn was pretty good in intentional messing up of normal functioning circuits and outlets around our kitchen -- knowing that we will have to keep calling him to fix the issues he would create. We have no words to justify the unreliability and tardiness - Multiple rescheduling of the appointments. Multiple no shows, then at times showing up hours later then scheduled appointment times as late as 09:30 PM and then not leaving until almost midnight, when we had to request that he leaves so we can sleep since we have to go to work next day!!
They charged us high dollars for job left incomplete.
We had repeatedly requested that he gets appropriate permits for the work he was doing at our home. He lied to our face. We were clueless that they did not get permit to do the work, until got surprise call from the City of Rochester Hills, that the electrical company never applied for a permit to do new wiring!! The switches and panels they installed are not functional to this date. The electrical piece of our project remains incomplete. We have been trying to get hold of this company representatives for over a year, left messages after messages, but no call back!! The last time they accidently had answered our call was during summer 2020, when she said that she will speak with "Shawn" and get back with us.....BUT NOTHING AS YET.... PLEASE STOP GIVING UNTRUTHFUL POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS and FRAUDULENT. They need to be behind bars.

Shawn is an amazing electrician. We have had him do work before and will continue to use him in the future

They were great. Shawn was very professional and did a good job. Everything was neat and tidy when he left. He didn't do anything until I cleared it first. He pointed out what needed to be done plus further work that needs to be performed. Shawn wrote a professional accurate recommendation for the needed work that I can give to my landlords.

My electrician was very knowledgeable and walked through all the work that will be needed to add additional wiring to my home. He finished the first job ahead of schedule and my home clean as he had never been here.
I am very pleased with my choice to use Landmakr Electric and would recommend them to family and friends.

I have initially contacted Landmark to replace 5 exterior light fixtures and add an outdoor outlet. Shawn came to plan out the work and was curious about my electrical panel since he might want to add a separate line for the outdoor outlet. Shawn noticed there were potential fire hazards in my panel and suspect water penetration from the meter housing. Shawn did an excellent job explaining what to expect with the project. Unfortunately, I decided to let another company install the 5 light fixtures and outlet while having landmark upgrade my electrical panel and meter housing. Shawn was very meticulous with the work and organized all the wiring properly in the electrical panel. Unfortunately, the job took more than a day to complete and there were some communication issues which hopefully will be fixed. Overall, I would definitely contact Landmark Electrical again for future electrical work.

I called for exterior lighting installation along with installation of ceiling fan replacing electrical outlets. Shawn was very friendly and came out the next day. He arrived at the stated time. He was very professional. His rates were exceptional. I definitely would use him again for my electrical work.
