BAD EXPERIENCE NOT HAPPY WITH FEDEX

FEDEX called and said that someone needed to be home to sign the next day....No problem, I took a day off and guess what...FEDEX never showed.....no phone call nothing...I was tracking on line and said that it made it to IN....so I called FEDEX the Groesbeck office in MI and talked to the supervisor Greg, he said it never left Nashville where it was being shipped from; why did the FEDEX system say it was shipped and recieved in Indianapolis, IN if it never left in the first place...FEDEX said they told the company but told me if I wanted the package i would have to call the company and fix the problem.....he just washed his hands of the situation....so I called the company and gave them FEDEX number and the company fixed the problem...this was on 9/3...its suppose to be overnight but now i won't get it until 9/9...why???? Because FEDEX it too big of a company to care about the little people.



My suggestion to fix the problem is for FEDEX to handle it in the first place...they should have called the company and get things corrected and should have told me that they weren't coming....also their system shouldn't have said it left.
