I have been going there for about a year, maybe more, because I always had a great experience. I went last night and the woman was so rude and slandered the owner. I will NEVER be back.
Great if you want to give your hard earned money and expensive garments to an extremely rude and nasty dry cleaner woman that literally yells at you and hangs up on you when you want to inquire about their process for specialty garments. I have had many a dry cleaner say they know how to clean sequins, fur and expensive, delicate garments only to receive them back in shreds or damaged beyond repair. If a potential client (who does a lot of dry cleaning business which this cleaner will never get) wants to know a little about their process, it is an educated consumer doing their homework in search of a quality service and the provider should be willing to accommodate the client's brief questions. It is the equivalent of dining in a restaurant and asking how a certain dish is prepared. If a service provider is unwilling or unable to answer general questions about their service, they should not be in business. Any person this socially challenged should never interact with customers and this woman should never be the face of any business with her rude demeanor if they expect to attract and keep new customers.I will make it a point to tell everyone I know or run into about this rude woman at Dry Cleaning Avenue and to avoid this dry cleaner. There is a dry cleaner on every corner of every city, they are a dime a dozen, so if you are looking for quality cleaning you will be taking a chance allowing this cleaners to process your fine and expensive garments and blindly trust "they know what to do". Additionally, as previously stated but in need of reiteration, their customer service is beyond reprehensible. I will continue to drive out of my way to another city (which is inconvenient) to my regular dry cleaners where I know my garments will be cleaned properly, my questions politely answered, and I will be greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation.Dry Cleaning Avenue is really a dirt road and I am willing to join this site and tolerate all the additional marketing emails I am going to receive in order to leave this review.
If I could give them 0 stars I would . There is a guy and his son that work there very rude people. They ruined my jacket & pants I asked them to pay for my items they ruined .Didn't want to refund me money or pay for cloths . The old guy name is Maher stupid Arabs were racist to me called me a white trash . I wouldn't get anything cleaned ever again!!
If i could rate them -100 I would!! The worst possible customer service ever! I went to pick up my dress without a ticket because I lost it and the service person tried looking it up but couldn't find it. So after she took at least 5-7 minutes trying to get the computer to work she wanted to rush me out the store WITHOUT MY DRESS because they were closing. She then began to yell at me stating that she had to close and she was going to lock the door. I kept insisting I needed my clothing. Yelling again she said we don't have it!! But I brought my dress there and had alterations done. Not even attempting to look on the rack she told me to go find my invoice after I told her I lost it! Another customer came in and she started helping him right away . I asked if she was the owner and she said no why? BECAUSE I NEED MY CLOTHING DUH! After I get my dress won't be back! Ever!
Charged me $34.95 to replace a zipper, only replaced the mechanical device. Did not want to issue me a refund, made me wait to talk to a manager when he comes in, never talked to him. When after 2 days I called after going back up there at 4:35 was told I was due a refund. The refund was only $20.
Unprofessional. They absolutely ruined my comforter. No refund and no compensation. The so called owner/business partner named Ed didn't care at all. Beware of this company.
Very nice people. Very nice place!
I took my suite in to dry clean they told me 6 when I picked up it was 8 and I told the guy ur a crook so he called me a white trash ni**er low life people low class would not recommend to anyone there so racist.

I'm in love with this new found way of dry cleaning. I was the type who just didn't wear my clothes because I kept forgetting to take them in to the dry cleaners. The free pick-up and delivery is wonderful and for me, there is no going back to the old way. I also love that they offer minor alterations/repairs if needed. Thanks for doing a great job!
