I paid over $200.00 for a car repair, on Jan 4, 2016, that I had not asked for, but was written down anyway by this front desk guy. I complained about a noise my car was making when I had to speed up the car. As I picked up my car the same day and realized that it was not repaired the way I had asked for, I got mad and called them back the same night. So, I was offered to bring the car back the next day and I would get a car, a loaner, from them "FREE OF CHARGE", all I needed to do refuel the tank. I told this Whitney that my husband was still off the next day and I did not need a car, well, dear Whitney insisted that I accept her offer, I repeat this was a "FREE OF CHARGE" offer. So I accepted, took my car back the next day, got into the "FREE OF CHARGE" loaner. The next day I was called that my car was ready for pick up and that I now had to pay a $100.00 deductible for the loaner...????? What happened to the "FREE OF CHARGE" offer????? I paid it, did not say another word as I picked up my car. This was an intentional betrayal by this Whitney and all I want to do with my review is warning others about being offered a "FREE OF CHARGE" loaner from this dealership. Ask questions, like how free is this offer really, after all, if you are a woman and you get mad about poor service, they turn around and get you in another way through a woman, the guy who served me the first time, got as far away from me as possible. Fine, I know that most of all men are cowards anyway and women think that they can stand their ground through deceit. FURTHERMORE, I could have gotten a rental car much cheaper for one day. So this was clearly an intentional betrayal and should be punishable by law. HAPPY NEW YEAR
I had a great time and I would highly recommend everyone come here. The therapists are all great and its the only place that will actually massage you.
This place is amazing, I personally would not go anywhere else. I have really felt less pain and my body healed fast with their certain exercises.
Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I expected a high volume dealer to not focus on the satisfaction of one customer when they are so busy. My salesman took the time to find me wheels and tires that weren't a factory option and put together a customized Silverado. Typically I spend between 3-5 hours in the dealership putting together a car deal. This time it was less than an hour and Nick made sure to have all the paperwork ready when I arrived. No pushy finance managers pushing overpriced warranties - just honest, up-front pricing. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from the same Chrysler store and will never return there again after seeing what a positive dealership experience feels like. I can't say enough good things about Moran Chevy.

Excellent. Was expecting to spend a lot of money on repairs. Because of Honda service and their honesty, I drove out only paying for a requested transmission oil change and diagnostic check. The transmission oil change is more expensive than at the oil change places but I trust the service department to get it done right. This is the only dealer service that I trust. My van was ready when promised. When I need service on my Honda vehicles, this is the only service place that I go to. Thanks for a GREAT job.

The service consultants are awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable.I have had the misfortune of having a few things go wrong with my car (none of them serious, thankfully) and this place has been great about going out of their way to help me get the repairs I need, under warranty when possible.Great place, highly recommend for car buying and service!
