The first rental I was given had dog hair all in it...this is after they had me wait to clean it. Had to get another rental the very next day, that one was dirty as well and the gas tank was empty!
To be upset about how poor my service was would an understatement! My rental was fine, until I returned the vehicle and checked out. Someone with my exact name rented a vehicle the same day and I kept receiving harassing phone messages from "Stephanie" about this other guy's rental. The company didn't bother to check their files before calling and bugging me about something that wasn't even mine! The final straw came when I got another message saying my rental was disallowed by my supposed insurance company and they said they were going to charge me $500 for a one-day rental. This location is very badly managed and they have poor customer service!! I would never rent from them again over how I was treated.
I have always had a great experience with this location. The staff are awesome and I love the atmosphere!
I've rented cars from Enterprise on several occasions and 99% of the time i am overly statisted with the service i recieve. The young man Blake that assisted with my rental was rude and when it came time for me to actually get in the rental he stood in the door waving the rental agreement instead of doing a walk around of the vehicle to ensure everything was satisfactory. The mileage or gas level was not checked as well. Although I had a reservation the car was not ready and the did I quick clean which showed on the inside of the vehicle (bottle tops, and a sticky substance throughout the car). This is by far the worst experience I've had at Enterprise.
I rent at this location often and I have no complaints, the service is great! Derra is the manager at this location and she is hands on working side by side with her staff, working just as hard as they are. I give this location the highest praise from the staff that cleans the cars to the representatives, the service deserves the highest grade. I am so impressed with Derra and her staff that I recommend that she teach other new comers to the company a class on good customer service.For example, I had a great experience with the Gross Point location on Mack with the manager, Tonya, well, come to find out, Tonya was trained by Derra. Derra and her staff deserve the award for excellent service!! It feels good to know that I know that I will be taken care of whenever I a in need of a car rental.
I love the Clinton township office. The staff is always friendly and the cars are always clean.
I would not recommend this place of business, the staff was rude and uncaring. He did not explain all charges, fees, and rules of the location. When I called to understand why I was charged more than should be, he was angry and had the worst customer service I have EVER received. Never have I been so disappointed in a business with its customer service. Will definitely not return to this location or business.
