I had searched the web for a couple months without success. Every prospect was either too high in price or the price was right but really wasn't what they really advertised it to be. As a parent, you want to have some peace of mind when your kids are on the roadways and even more so when they are away at college. I was lucky to run across a vehicle at Jim Riehl's. Although more than an hour away, I ventured out with hopes that I might be surprised this time. Was I ever! I met with Jason Phillips - a seasoned professional and easy to work with. He showed me the pre-owned Honda that I saw online. It was all it was advertised to be - safe, reliable, clean and affordable. Jason and the team had me taken care of in no time. To my surprise, a few weeks later, Jason called me to say he had another car that was fitting my needs. I know it is not often you get lucky with one, but could it happen twice? You bet! Jason and the Jim Riehl's Friendly team had a second one and like before it was a quick decision. I'm not an employee of Moran, and I don't work for any of its afiliates.. That said, I CAN say that I had a fantastic experience there while purchasing my very first used car from a dealership. I was a little wary - I was once married to a car salesman and I've seen 'behind the curtain'. I was obviously aprehensive. I could not have been more pleased with the sales staff, the service folks, and the financing people. Not to mention the office staff. All were professional and courteous. I did my own due dillegence before I went there, and knew what I wanted and how much it should cost. I made my best deal, and I was not lied to. I was not misquoted. And I was not taken advantage of. I also had to have some pretty extensive body work done to the lease vehicle I was turning in; the car came back from Moran's body shop better than new, and I was actually charged below the price quoted. My 'new used' vechicle was extremely clean and in great shape, and came with an excellent used car warranty. I've had no problems with it at all and could not be more pleased in every way about the experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Moran.
My husband and I have had Honda and Acura leases since the mid-90'sWe have been happy with each one. We have dealth with several dealers. When my lease was up I went where my current lease was. The same salesman spent sometime with me and gave me the costs but not in writing. I had commented that it was a little high. He didn't make any effort to negotiate at ll. This time my husband went to Friendly, Jordan waited on him. He asked Jordan for the cost on 4 different vehicles and in no time he gave him the printouts for each car. Each rate was $30 dollars a month less the Jeffrey Honda. Everything went extremely smooth from beginning to end. I have never had such excellent service in 30 years of purchases/leases. The finance guy, Matt, was just as easy to work with. Great communication all around. Customers are definitely No. 1 at Friendly Honda.
I rent at this location often and I have no complaints, the service is great! Derra is the manager at this location and she is hands on working side by side with her staff, working just as hard as they are. I give this location the highest praise from the staff that cleans the cars to the representatives, the service deserves the highest grade. I am so impressed with Derra and her staff that I recommend that she teach other new comers to the company a class on good customer service.For example, I had a great experience with the Gross Point location on Mack with the manager, Tonya, well, come to find out, Tonya was trained by Derra. Derra and her staff deserve the award for excellent service!! It feels good to know that I know that I will be taken care of whenever I a in need of a car rental.
Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I expected a high volume dealer to not focus on the satisfaction of one customer when they are so busy. My salesman took the time to find me wheels and tires that weren't a factory option and put together a customized Silverado. Typically I spend between 3-5 hours in the dealership putting together a car deal. This time it was less than an hour and Nick made sure to have all the paperwork ready when I arrived. No pushy finance managers pushing overpriced warranties - just honest, up-front pricing. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from the same Chrysler store and will never return there again after seeing what a positive dealership experience feels like. I can't say enough good things about Moran Chevy.
I love my CR-V. As a retired businesswoman, I am continually impressed with the professionalism, and knowledge of your personnel, specifically: George Jablonski, (Salesman), and Brian, (Service Department Tech). They are efficient, always pleasant, answer my questions in a timely manner, informative, and treat your customers with respect. Louise, in your Business Department, is friendly while completing the transaction. In the past, I have had horrendous experiences with Auto Sales/Service departments, e.g., "Vyletel". Your business is the antithesis of those. "Riehl Honda" is the epitome of quality service, and excellent customer relations. Congratulations to the above mentioned employees for a job well done!
At first....not so good. When I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment for today for an oil change I was told "I don't have my appointment book in front of me, what time do you want to come in"? I said around 11:00 am, he said okay. When I got there today I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 Hours because I didn't have an appointment. When I explained the telephone call they took me right in. Everyone in the Service Department was very courteous, even though they were extremely busy. While the CR-V was being serviced we met with George Jablonski about trading in my 2011 CR-V for a 2013 CR-V, George is not only a great salesman, he is a genuinely nice person. Always a pleasant experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda.
My wife and I recently visited Moran Chevrolet for a simple oil change. We've been to many other dealerships and small oil change places, but this dealership BY FAR exceeded our expectations about how customers should be treated. The staff was very friendly, the whole place was super clean, and we got a great deal on an oil change and tire rotation. They also plugged a hole in her tire for FREE! The employees there are always smiling too (genuine, not fake) and from what I could tell were generally happy to help. In my opinion, they're doing a fantastic job. I'm not going to waste my time going anyplace else in the future. They seem to have their act together, and I hope they stay in business for a long time.
I had a very positive experience today. My service advisor Brian Semkiew was very professional, friendly and nice. He made sure that I was informed of the repairs needed in addition to the oil change and arranged it all in a short amount of time. Additionally the mechanic who worked on my car did an excellent job. It was returned to me quite a bit sooner than anticipated. My Service advisor even drove it inside of the garage door to keep me from getting wet in the rain today! Further, I missed Louise the cashier, because she was at lunch, however, Eddie took care of me out as usual with a smile to complete my experience today at the Hall rd. Location. I brought my 2010 Accord in because of a grinding noise at low speeds. Since I had bought it in June from Troy Honda as a CPO vehicle, I was not expecting a major problem (but there's always that worry). There did turn out to be a major problem with both rear brakes, but your service team (with cooperation from Troy Honda) made sure I was back on the road the same afternoon without giving me an expensive bad memory of the experience. I'm very thankful to your service team for your investigative and repair work and to Troy Honda for covering the cost.
