If there were a minus five star rating I'd give it to R Tony Auto Sales. My husband purchased a used car from them a few months ago and it's been a nightmare from day one. Don't get me wrong - Dave and Tony were very personable and easy to trust. MISTAKE! Before leaving the lot there was a warning light on and the glove box didn't close right. We were promised all would be fixed - don't worry about it! Nothing could be further from what really happened. After several trips to the mechanic the car was finally working. Turns out, they sold the car without ever so much as checking simple things and tuning up the car. After a promise to split the cost of the first few repairs we were on our way to pickup the check when guess what??? The car overheated again. R Tony had to add antifreeze before we could leave the lot and he never showed up with our check. Back to the mechanic where yet another crack was found and another repair bill. When reaching out to R Tony again he refused to split the cost of the repair and washed his hands of the deal. I tried calling myself and was assured R Tony would get the message but no return call. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER! We'll be seeing them in Court since they refuse to be reasonable and stand behind their vehicles.
Super easy deal on a great used car. In and out in about 20 minutes. No fast talk or shady dealing. Nice lot and people. Would recommend to others.
Be aware of this place. I called about a car that Jim Stuart was advertising on Craigslist. ( He had more then 1 add so again be careful ) Jim said I own my own garage in Clinton Twp so every car I sell I personally inspect. He sounded pretty " honest " man was I played for a fool. I go up to his shop look at the car & it ran ok, nothing special just ok. It did have the check engine light on so he said " I'll take care of it ". Technically he never said " I'll fix it but nevertheless after two days I gotta call him for him to say " come get it, it's done " ( again never saying it was fixed ) so I go up to get my vehicle and I here him and his staff talking really nasty about me and all the things they would like to do to me. I gotta say, I was shocked. Then he See's me comes up front and hands me a ridiculous bill for " getting rid of the check engine light. " I'm not wanting to pay this bill but Jim tells me, " If you don't pay this bill your not going to get your title " I was baffled and pissed off. That guy literally took the title out of the sunviser then said he never gave it to me in the first place because the sale wasn't final. What a complete scam artist. Three days later ( after spending way more then I wanted too ) I got the car registered, plated, insured, only to have the engine seize up. Then I find out all he did when he " took care of the check engine light " was pull out the bulbs in the dash... What a douchebag. Be warned people. This guy is the true definition of a low life. He is the kind of guy that gives used car lots a bad name.
I paid over $200.00 for a car repair, on Jan 4, 2016, that I had not asked for, but was written down anyway by this front desk guy. I complained about a noise my car was making when I had to speed up the car. As I picked up my car the same day and realized that it was not repaired the way I had asked for, I got mad and called them back the same night. So, I was offered to bring the car back the next day and I would get a car, a loaner, from them "FREE OF CHARGE", all I needed to do refuel the tank. I told this Whitney that my husband was still off the next day and I did not need a car, well, dear Whitney insisted that I accept her offer, I repeat this was a "FREE OF CHARGE" offer. So I accepted, took my car back the next day, got into the "FREE OF CHARGE" loaner. The next day I was called that my car was ready for pick up and that I now had to pay a $100.00 deductible for the loaner...????? What happened to the "FREE OF CHARGE" offer????? I paid it, did not say another word as I picked up my car. This was an intentional betrayal by this Whitney and all I want to do with my review is warning others about being offered a "FREE OF CHARGE" loaner from this dealership. Ask questions, like how free is this offer really, after all, if you are a woman and you get mad about poor service, they turn around and get you in another way through a woman, the guy who served me the first time, got as far away from me as possible. Fine, I know that most of all men are cowards anyway and women think that they can stand their ground through deceit. FURTHERMORE, I could have gotten a rental car much cheaper for one day. So this was clearly an intentional betrayal and should be punishable by law. HAPPY NEW YEAR
Giving them a 1 star is touch for this place . 100percent illegal business . He jumps titles will title skipping doesn't tell you any thing about the car he is selling to you that is wrong but will tell you he Inspecrs all cars and that he is an honest man he is not !!beware of this place .. and he also cuts your converters off without your knowledge and will sell you a car without looking at it and turning the lights off on the dash so you. Dont know it has any issues . Than will want You to pay for repairs . He is illegal all the way around so anyone else wants to put a review I'll all in . There's nothing good about this business
I financed a jeep from here, it was hell on wheels!, found out the jeep was a salvaged titled, they gave me a regular title which took almost a month, the car I found out was worth $400, but with trade in they financed me at $9000.00, shoe strings holding up bumper which flew off as i drove it, frame of car was falling apart along with Calcium growth and rust, door was hit before part of car popped off in the air after I opened it, door color didn't match car, bearings where so bad on the car, the mechanic removed the bearing, the balls rolled out in the lot, back windshield break light popped off as I drove, radio completely went out, the wiring for the light were rewired, they went out one night when I was driving am picking up my son from work, oil flywheel was to close to engine, I was told went to two professional mechanics they said the car was to dangerous to drive, because the frame was coming from under the car needed to be weld immediately!I ended doing a voluntarily repo i got sick of paying for a car that wasn't worth crap, the car was purchased at auction for $400!!! Im stuck with a $4000,00 loan to pay back, also the car was in an accident before, smh, THEY ARE SCAM!!

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I expected a high volume dealer to not focus on the satisfaction of one customer when they are so busy. My salesman took the time to find me wheels and tires that weren't a factory option and put together a customized Silverado. Typically I spend between 3-5 hours in the dealership putting together a car deal. This time it was less than an hour and Nick made sure to have all the paperwork ready when I arrived. No pushy finance managers pushing overpriced warranties - just honest, up-front pricing. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from the same Chrysler store and will never return there again after seeing what a positive dealership experience feels like. I can't say enough good things about Moran Chevy.
I had a great experience buying a used car from this place. The car was in excellent condition, the indoor showroom was very nice. I will definitely buy from here again!
They do not stand behind their work and do not honor State mandated warranties. BEWARE! Their work is shoddy at best and will not last a week.
