Worst Wendy's ever, I've been there 3 times to many, from wrong orders to bad or slow service, I highly recommend to not go to this Wendy's very dysfunctional
WOW! Worst service we have ever received in ANY fast food drive and it was not even busy!Unfriendly, then rude and a long process at the order screen. (she changed it several times, no ranch will really mess them up.)Then at the window they charged our card for the WRONG ORDER! When we let crew member Tina know it was the wrong order she snapped at us, "What was your order?" As we were telling her she cut us off and said "Yeah, I got that."Then we have her "manager" if you could call this person a manager lean out the window tell us, "I need your charge card again" (The order they charged us for was cheaper, so she wanted to charge us the difference.)WE NEVER HEARD THE WORDS I'M SORRY FOR ANYTHING. They had us sitting in their drive for over 20 minutes for some chicken wraps! That is all we ordered. Nothing else.Tina, the crew member thought this was funny so she stood there and laughed as we told her manager how long we were there and how she was rude and could not take the order very well. The shift manager did nothing, and I mean nothing. We were so upset by the end of it we told her to refund what Tina charged to our card for the wrong order and cancel our order for the chicken wraps. Again, no apology. I was just blown away. I have no idea why Tina or this shift manager is even employed in a business where they must deal with the public since they are so bad at it.This is a very well placed McDonald's with the potential to make or break top sales records for this area but NOT WITH THIS STAFF!!!
This McDonald's is VERY consistent. Never have had any issues, poor service, or bad food, EVER. I love going to this McDonald's. I'll go to this one, over any other, even if it's out of the way of my travels! Thank You!
Regardless of what Ying and Yang say below...This Sonic is really great, both the staff and the food! It is definitely worth the drive to take in that ole drive-in nostalgia feeling. If this one is alittle out of your way, there is another one on Vandyke in Sterling Hgts that is also top notch!! Highly recommended!
