I worked for this company for almost a year...almost the full first year of it's existence. This was a horrible company to work for making horrible parts under horrible management. I don't say this because I don't work there, I say it because the management structure that starts with the HR department that hired all of the upper management who hold the responsibility, especially the third shift, sucks. H.R. doesn't even touch base on a personal level with the employees at all, they chop heads and don't care how innocent you are. They didn't utilize basic human knowledge or compassion. They make horrible parts and keep shipping them blaming all the operators for parts they force them to run even if they don't want to because their responsible with their jobs and then when Chrysler holds them accountable to come up with a resolution for the problem, they fire the operators who are begging them to just do things right so they can continue to provide long term. They are now hiding behind temp agencies so they can hide the turn over rate. They fired virtually everyone who started with the company fighting every terrible supervisor with NO quality because if the quality tried to do their job they fired them too so most of the time there wasn't even a quality person on the floor until they found quality who wouldn't argue. This company sucks and doesn't deserve the blessing of being a Chrysler supplier. They need to send Nancy, the Chrysler Liaison back in there so she can see the depravity that's come to exist. This company is a sore thumb to it's surrounding neighborhood.
