DECEITFUL ! - PUSHY ! -SCHEMERS ! - DISHONEST ! - SHADY ! - FRAUDULENT ! - UNSCUPULOUS ! They clled me after I did internet inquiry for special "EPRICE" on a car,The salesman was John. He was sure could get me financed.Called later&said it worked out,ask about payment, was almost $200 more than should've been. I told him couldnt do that. Then got call from Shannon or as I call him,THE SNAKE IN THE GRASS ! Was fast talking, pushy, dishonest, wont take no, will brow beat &guilt into deal you've repeatedly said cant afford. Talking with Shannon he gave 2 different amounts for trade.Tells me one & less than 2 min tells husband higher amount for trade (90mph like he's jacked up) Every chance to speak told him we couldn't afford, it was like we never said a word. He goes on & on how hard they've worked. During rant he says car price, was more than regular price on website (never got special EPRICE) Ask about it, said was giving more than my car was worth so had to up car price to make it up & to look like I had bigger down payment.Ask MANY times for amounts (car price, trade-in,fees,taxes, interest & length) & he wouldn't tell me. Just kept on & on how hard they've worked & wouldnt except "I CAN"T AFFORD THAT PAYMENT" He kept on until I started crying & agreed to get car.Finally got off phone, emailed John & said wasn't coming& they started calling again.Monday I emailed John & ask for finance info. He wont give.Checked credit & have 5 NEW INQUIRIES. Dropped score 20 pts. Called Gen Mgr, Mark Troutt, told him all this & I want finance info. Said would get & call me in few min. Haven't heard back.Did get call from John. Ask if would use him to get different car. I said "not" & that's all I got out. He said "well have a good day" & hung up. Was going to say "not if finance terms & fees are going to be withheld".That's last contact with dealership. Seems shady, dishonest & not very forthcoming.In beginning was told "WE ARE A FULL DISCLOSURE DEALERSHIP"

Really? I get to this place 5 hours before the place closes. Cash in hand and wanting to buy a rzr. Well 1 hour after buisness hours I an still waiting on paper work that was done when I first got there. The customer service was awfull, the people was short in talking ans didn't seem to want to help.. fed up with this.wouldn't recommend stopping by.thanks

Great customer service, even if you are just looking. Staff is avid boaters themselves and extremely willing to help any way they can. Whether it is a new boat, a repair, or your just looking for a little something for your boat, they are great.
