The hair dresser there has scalped me twice... call me crazy for going back I know! I grew my hair 12 weeks into a cut and when I left I'm at least theee months from that cut I cried and I NEVER cry over hair
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Shady customer service. Great while you are doing business with them but I have tried for 5 months to get my title back and no one knows anything. Too bad I can't give them zero stars.
The worst experience I have ever had. I brought a picture of what I wanted to have done and showed the stylist Shawna. It was a chunky foil look. She went on and said she could do it. After she took the towel off my head and I saw what she did I knew that it was nothing like the picture. She dried my hair and the color looked like cat fur. I told her that I was not satisfied and she preceded to tell me that I did not need to wait so long to get my hair done and that is the reason why it did not turn out like it was suppose too. I was so upset with the stylist for acting like it was my fault that my hair turned out that way instead of taking responsibility for her mistake. I told the lady at the front desk that I had to leave and get my daughter by 3:00pm but I was very disappointed with my hair. She made me pay the 95.00 dollars and said that she could fix it on that Saturday for me. I was called (after setting the appointment for that Saturday at 12:30) to change my appointment to a Tuesday at 10:00am. So I came in on Tuesday at 10:00 just to wait for Shawna to pull up at 10:30. She came in and was getting the color ready to put on my hair. I pulled up the picture that I wanted and showed her once again what I wanted. She then said "well the chunky look is not in" I told her that is how I always have done my hair and that is what I wanted. Then she crosses her arms and says with and attitude "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT" I was in shock!!!! I was about to say "A REFUND AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE" when she said just trust me I will fix it for you. I was sitting in the chair while she had my hair in her hands with an attitude saying "it's been a long time since I have had someone who wasn't satisfied with my work". "I have done this for 14 years I know what I am doing" after she foiled my hair she put me under the dryer. She proceeded to cut on another client. She steps back by the dryer to check on me. She informs me that I am done and to go sit by the hair washing station. I sit there for 10 additional minutes while she continues to cut on the other client. The another lady comes to take the foil out and wash my hair because Shawna is still cutting hair and by this time my foil has been on for well over the time it should have been. My head is washed and I am waiting to be seated in the chair to get my hair cut. She takes the towel off my head and proceeds to dry my hair. I see hair flying everywhere. My hair was fried from the chemical being left on it for too long. I was so mortified!!!!! I held up my hair that reached the top of my ear (mind you my hair was shoulder length) and said "did it do this?" She said " yes, but it don't look that bad". I was so ready to leave that salon and never look back.
This review is for the Columbus MS office. I have been a long time customer of Tower Loan in Columbus. I am late with my payments at times but I know that I have a debt to pay. Recently I recieved a call from Ricky in the Columbus office. He was rude and condescending in his conversation with me. I told him I would be in Friday to make 2 payments and his respomse to me was " Are you really coming to make those payments?" while laughing all the way through the conversation with me. I was offended and could not believe how this child was talking to me. I wondered what ever happened to respect for your customers. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager was almost as rude as Ricky. He too had a condescending attitude of "I really don't care what you say or how you feel, I am going to take up for the adolescent Ricky."I work as a nurse and our raises and evaluations are based on peoples perception. I dare say these two would not survive in my arena of work. Unprofessional is a word I would use for them. I told both Ricky and the manager that I could not pay this off this week but as soon as I could I would never to return to your establishment again. I also promise to deter any friend, relative, or foe from using you in the future. Thank you for your time in this matter. C. Knight.
