When I called them karie answered and helped me undersand what happend to my door, within 24 hours they had it fixed for a great price! Their service was great! I will call them any time I have any problems!

Had an issue with my garage door a couple weeks ago and couldn't open the door to get my car out. Called Johnson Door Systems and they were very accommodating to get us taken care of. The representative was very punctual and arrived right at his scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and had the part on the truck to fix my door. The entire service call was less than an hour and in that time the rep fixed my issue and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was polite and courteous and explained everything before he performed the work. I highly recommend them!

Terrible. Asked for a quote over the phone, said he cant. Shows up and tells me a rediculous price, gets angry when I try to inquire about the price, backs out into my grass then speeds off. Find out 5 min later the other company who quoted me on the phone was 70$ cheaper. Not including the cables, so more like $100 cheaper. Very shady and I wouldn't recommend even calling this place.
