Masters TV & Appliance

My washing machine stopped draining and I called Masters TV and Appliance to schedule an appointment. I had a great experience. The technician was the one who answered the phone and had the knowledge to know exactly what was wrong and which parts he needed to order just by knowing the problem I was having with my appliance and the brand. He called me when the parts were in to schedule work and it was done in a timely manner. Would recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism of the owner (Deon(sp?)) of this company. Went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Fixed my dishwasher in minutes after another repairman said I needed a new , very expensive part. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family
